- Wash pots, pans, utensils, glassware, trays, and other kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces
- Segregate and remove trash, and restock supplies for the next shift
- Assist in food prep tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients as directed by kitchen staff
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support servers and kitchen staff with serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate guest service
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to keep the kitchen organized and ready for service
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience with kitchen sanitation, food service, or prep work preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServeSafe or California Food Handler Certification
- Understanding of basic food prep and kitchen operations
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects, including overhead lifting
