- Monitor ingredient freshness, rotate stock, and track inventory to maintain quality standards

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience as a restaurant cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects, including overhead lifting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- ServeSafe or California Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen techniques
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, professional, and collaborative demeanor
