- Clear tables of plates, glassware, silverware, linens, and trash promptly and efficiently
- Wipe tables or seats and replace dirty tablecloths or linens as needed
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other supplies
- Transport dirty dishes and tableware to the kitchen for cleaning
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to support guest service
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to ensure the dining area is organized and ready for service
- Anticipate needs during service to help create a seamless, enjoyable guest experience
- Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants under 18 may be required to provide a valid school work permit

- Ability to transport trays balanced with beverages, plates, and glassware
- Knowledge of food service safety and sanitation regulations preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects, including overhead lifting
