Bottle Service Server

The Country Club, a premier Orange County restaurant and nightlife venue, is looking for a Server to join our Bottle Service team. The Server is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and memorable experience to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cocktailing and taking orders as needed, serving drinks and occasionally food to guests
Recommending and selling beverages and bottles to guests
Completing all service paperwork as required
Ring orders on a computer point of sale system (TOAST); accept different types of payment and make change.
Promoting and bringing in guests for bottle service
Responsible service of alcohol. Verify identification and age requirements of guests.
Work as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient beverage service; maintain safety and sanitation requirements as per Health Department and Restaurant standards.
Maintain specific side-work; assisting the bartender with stocking, inventory, and general cleaning; supporting other servers and kitchen staff in other duties as required
Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Certifications Required

Posse or obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) compliance through Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and the California Food Handler’s permit.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 or over with experience as in a high-volume, nightclub atmosphere.
High energy and stamina are required; customer focused, courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor. Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs; possess excellent communication skills
Team player ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with co-workers.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, POS system -Toast.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to transport a service tray balanced with glassware of various sizes and shape.
Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required
